  • We are a Non Smoking Establishment / Inn (no smoking in the buildings, on the porches or decks).  Help keep Maine beaches clean; do not liter the beach with butts. Trash cans are provided at all beach entraces/exits.





Beach Front Lodging in Old Orchard Beach Maine

We best describe our Inn, as an old-fashion European Oceanside Guest House. For the convenience of our quests, we have 2 barbecue gas grills.
Each room is unique, offering a different antique or retro décor. Some of our units have kitchenettes, where others provide a more simple setting.
All units/rooms have fans; we do not have air conditioning, as the sea breeze is very refreshing.
The Main House has 4 common washrooms, 7 guest quarters and a family gathering room. The Sea Camp and Beach Camp have private wathrooms.
The Ocean Tripp Inn is equipped with a fire safety sprinkler system and fire alarm.
Every Thursday night you can watch the electrifying fireworks  from the beach just off our front porch.
We are about a 5-8 minute walk from Palace Playland
